Our chrome rods are engineered for extreme durability and corrosion resistance. Tested to ISO 9227 NSS standards with salt spray ratings of R10 for up to 1000 hours, they are ideal for marine, chemical, and industrial environments where corrosion and oxidation are a constant threat. Each piston rod is finished to precise f7 or f8 external diameter tolerances for smooth cylinder operation.
Our hydraulic cylinder honed tubes are equally precise, with internal diameter tolerances maintained at H7 or H8 and internal surface roughness controlled between Ra 0.2μm and 0.8μm. These hydraulic cylinder honed tubes are designed to reduce friction, minimize seal wear, and deliver long-lasting hydraulic performance even in high-pressure applications.
